Over the past ten years, Sahara Force India has risen to become one of the sport’s most prominent success stories. For that reason, SAS has been very vocal in announcing that it has been selected as an official technology partner by the Sahara Force India F1 team.
SAS is set to work closely with the team to maximise the performance and reliability of its network and infrastructure using its advanced monitoring technology. SAS will monitor the Wide Area Network (WAN), LAN, servers and applications at all Sahara Force India F1 team locations, and the team will work to optimise performance, troubleshoot issues and gain insight into trends.
Colin Mattey, chairman of SAS, commented, “F1 teams monitor huge amounts of data to help them perform at the highest levels of the sport. They rely on their network and infrastructure to handle that data. This partnership will showcase the technology, skills and services that we use to help organisations who need the very best performance and reliability from their infrastructure.”
Otmar Szafnauer, chief operating officer of Sahara Force India said, “This is an important partnership for Sahara Force India because SAS is a leader in the monitoring and management of global networks. The applications that we run from all corners of the world depend on reliable networks and we have every confidence that the SAS solution is the best on the market.”
