The Interactive Workshop event, which marked the official launch of NBM’s ‘Intelligent Technology Partner’ Programme was supported by the ITP’s Mobotix, Allied Telesis, Synology, Riello, Ideal Industries & Redetec.
The event featured an array of interactive workshop sessions which showcased each of the NBM partners individual technologies, their collaborative strength and capabilities working alongside each other and NBM to deliver a complete solution to the requirements of the IP CCTV surveillance marketplace. Each session demonstrated also their individual abilities to stay at the forefront of the ever changing technological landscape of the CCTV security sector.
One of those who attended the event, Keith Stanley of Layer 2, commented, ‘As an electrical & data communications installer I found the day extremely interesting and as a company we need to embrace this technology. This is definitely something that Layer2 will be looking for NBM to provide product and service to ensure we provide our clients with a coherent IP convergence solution.’
Resulting from the positive feedback of the Intelligent Technology Partners and those individuals who attended the event, Danny Kindell, managing director of NBM, commented, ‘The resounding success of this event and the undoubted desire of a large number of our customer base to evolve into IP based solutions has led me to the decision to take this workshop event ‘on the road’ in 2014 & 2015 to a number of locations throughout the UK where I hope we can achieve the same success as today and to further enhance NBM’s growing reputation as a Value Added Distributor of not only our core data cabling offerings but also of our IP based CCTV surveillance solutions.’
