Freemans Grattan Holdings goes shopping at Sudlows

Sudlows has been awarded the contract for the design and build of a new communications room for multi-channel shopping giant Freemans Grattan Holdings (FGH) in Bradford.

FGH is known for its many online shopping brands such as, Freemans, Kaleidoscope, Bonprix, Witt, Curvissa and Swimwear365.

The contract brings together two centenarians with both companies celebrating 100 years of successful business in 2012.

Andy Hirst, global director at Sudlows, commented that, ‘This facility upgrade for FGH will help support their successful growth, particularly in light of the recent announcement of their multi-million partnership deal with Serco.’

Stuart McMillan, IT operations manager at FGH, added, ‘As a business FGH are keen to ensure that our customers receive the best service. Sudlows share our vision, and we look forward to working together to enhance our IT infrastructure to deliver a facility that will support our growth.’

It will involve services for brands including Grattan, Freemans, Oli, Kaleidoscope, Look Again, Bonprix, Curvissa, Witt International, and Swimwear365. About seven million customers are said to use these services.
