The certifications, which cover operations at Nelson, Loudwater, Prudhoe and Reading, were delivered by the British Standards Institute (BSI). The success represents another vital step for Daisy as it works towards achieving Public Services Network (PSN) accreditation. The sites mentioned had already gained ISO9001 certifications in recognition of adhering to working to quality approved procedures.
Daisy retail managing director Andrew Fryatt said, ‘We are delighted to have received accreditation from an external certification body. This recognition proves that our processes treat our customers’ information in a secure manner, in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability. Special thanks must go to all the staff at the respective locations for their hard work in achieving this success.’
Daisy’s Manchester and London data centre systems have also been recertified for a further three years.
