Following a year long project to update and develop its network, C4L’s multi-million pound investment represents a significant commitment to the UK’s technology infrastructure.

coreTX carrier grade network delivers connectivity services to the market allowing customers to introduce products and services to market much faster and more efficiently, reducing network and data centre installations from months to days, with same day provisioning at many locations.

The coreTX network is constructed from privately owned dark fibre and connects over 55 data centres across the UK. Designed to deliver scalability to many Terabytes of data with very low latency on all links, coreTX delivers the fastest connections possible. Powered by Juniper MX transit routers, coreTX delivers high levels of scalability, maximum security and resilience.

coreTX was created to break down the barriers for the UK’s technology community, by challenging the current service levels, timescales and culture. coreTX is a service designed from secure and robust infrastructure to help customers and partners achieve their ambitions for future growth.

Simon Mewett, CEO of C4L said, ‘We embarked on this project because we realised that the UK has been served by inadequate network infrastructure and poor delivery times for too long. We have made this multi-million pound investment because we believe that the UK’s financial services, enterprise and media and content industries need to be better served to enable them to compete domestically and internationally.’
