The Pearl in Newcastle is the first building in the city to be Wired Certified under the international digital connectivity rating scheme from WiredScore.
The landmark building, which is comprised of over 30,000 sq ft of office space has achieved a Wired Certified Silver rating for its technology infrastructure. This reflects the considerable investment the company has made in its digital infrastructure.
What is Wired Certification?
Wired Certification is a trusted benchmark for commercial property connectivity, that independently certifies buildings’ digital infrastructure. This provides greater transparency for occupiers and helps them make an informed decision before signing a lease. From a landlords point of view, this provides them with the necessary insights to improve their buildings’ connectivity standards.
