Boston Networks awarded specialist FPAL Accreditation for oil and gas services

The FPAL community is used by major oil and gas companies, enabling them to use the Achilles’ proven pre-qualification system, to identify and assess potential suppliers for tender opportunities, and to minimise risk within their supply chains.

As a registered supplier of FPAL, Boston Networks is now approved to provide its intelligent building, fixed and wireless networking, security and safety solutions, and maintenance services to the oil and gas sector.

The FPAL accreditation will demonstrate that Boston Networks’ operational activities are fully compliant with Achilles, and that working with an FPAL accredited supplier will serve to reduce risk, cost and time, and improve operational efficiency.

Speaking on the accreditation, Anne Donnelly, bid and client operations manager, commented, ‘Achieving the Achilles FPAL accreditation was an important milestone in our strategic growth strategy, it will help us to develop and explore new opportunities, increase visibility, and streamline our tender processes. With the recent opening of our fifth office in Aberdeen, and the expansion of several key business functions to further strengthen our core team, we are looking forward to an exciting year ahead.’
