Blue Helix has increased revenues consistently over the past five years with a concerted effort in 2012 to grow the day-to-day business and the joint customer base for Corning and Blue Helix.
This award recognises not only the revenue growth but also the increased activities supporting the business such as the regular business planning reviews, dedication to training staff on the Corning product portfolio and marketing activities including seminars, industry trade shows, press articles, fundraising events and social events for the customer base.
Colin Ryall, managing director at Blue Helix, said, ‘Blue Helix is delighted to be recognised for all our hard work in winning this award. This has been achieved through working in partnership with Corning and the customer, helping to deliver end-to-end solutions for projects from conception to completion. The project delivery requires a different focus and skill set from our traditional distribution business which has also grown Corning’s presence in the LAN arena.’
