Redstone’s Accelerated Alliance places vendor partners in pole position
Redstone has launched its ‘Accelerated Alliance’ sponsorship and business development package for vendor partners, after becoming title sponsor of the Motorbase Performance British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) team ‘Redstone Racing’.Redstone’s key vendor partners now have an opportunity to sponsor the team, a package which also includes attractive sales and marketing benefits from Redstone.
Redstone Racing’s lead driver Mat Jackson is one of the favourites to lift the BTCC crown, and benefits from the package include sponsorship on the cars for two rounds of the season, use of hospitality suites on race days and the ability to invite customers to race meets. The first three races took place at Brands Hatch on the 1st April and with three different drivers taking the chequered flag the championship promises to be an exciting one.
A number of vendors, including Brocade and Lancope are already signed up as sponsors, benefiting from a strategic marketing alliance including seminar sponsorship at Redstone’s customer symposium, lead generation campaigns and extra sales incentives for their solutions. They will also be included in PR and social media activity around the team and in specialist marketing collateral aimed at the BTCC’s corporate guests.
The BTCC is an iconic British motor racing championship receiving wide media coverage and famous manufacturers such as Honda and MG will be vying for the constructor’s title. Races will be shown live on ITV4 throughout the season which runs from April to October.
Richard Archer, sales director, Redstone explained, ‘We are absolutely delighted to be offering this opportunity to our key vendor partners. More than just a sponsorship package the Accelerated Alliance is a strategic marketing programme that can really help our vendor partners increase engagement with Redstone and its customers while giving them the opportunity to immerse themselves in the exhilarating 2012 BTCC season. We can’t wait to welcome them on board.’
