Freedom offers optimal multi-carrier, multi-service business networking through Freedom Dynamic Network
Freedom has announced the availability of Freedom Dynamic Network, offering cost and performance optimised networking for businesses of any size. The company has formulated its approach as a direct response to the primary business networking concerns of reliability, cost effectiveness and support as identified by leading analysts’ research.
Freedom Dynamic Network integrates the infrastructure of multiple carriers to create bespoke managed solutions, based on each customer’s need and site-by-site requirements. Ethernet First Mile (EFM) is a key component of the offering, exploiting the common availability of spare telephony cables between a site and local exchange in order to deliver data, voice and video services at up to 40Mbps.
With EFM installation and rental costs at a fraction of fibre based Ethernet services, and upgrades often available within hours, Freedom Dynamic Network offers small and medium businesses cost-effective, high performance networking.
End-to-end management, monitoring and support are made possible by the new Freedom Management Centre (FMC). The FMC monitors performance and proactively responds to network issues if and when they arise, speeding resolution time and improving overall quality of support.
Pat Botting, Freedom Managing director, said, ‘The launch of Freedom Dynamic Network is a landmark not just for Freedom but for all businesses that need a partner who will deliver precisely the value and support they require.
‘Businesses simply cannot operate competitively today without fast, robust communication and recent years have shown us just how critical network costs, performance and flexibility are. Through Freedom Dynamic Network we are able to offer a tailored network solution to businesses looking for optimal value from their network and TMT partner.’
Freedom Dynamic Network underpins the organisation’s broader product and service portfolio and is supported by full customer service and support under a choice of Service Level Agreements.
